If there is a change of plans or the weather is not good, you can contact the coach and request to reschedule the lesson prior to your scheduled appointment.
If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Alternatively, you can contact the coach directly and request to cancel your order. After the cancellation is done, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If your appointment is secured with a package, the unused lesson from your package will be returned after the cancellation, even if the lesson was made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
No Show Policy:
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, a full lesson fee will be charged and paid to the coach. If a package is used to secure your appointment, one lesson will be deducted from the package.
